Position Overview

Ralph Lauren is looking for an experienced, self-directed, and highly motivated SFCC Developer to help with the implementation of the Digital projects on SFCC platform as well as maintenance of Business manager configurations. This role requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to take advantage of the platform capabilities to build and maintain the Ralph Lauren US, EU, and APAC storefronts. This role also requires a strong understanding of the Business Manager configurations. Right candidates should be able to support the production operations team in resolving production issues on SFCC platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with the various Ralph Lauren product and business teams to understand the business requirements.

• Provide the level of effort required for implementations based on designs and requirements.

• Participate in scrums and sprint planning sessions.

• Provide status updates and communication on projects to stakeholders.

• Work with the internal team and system integrators to implement Digital initiatives.

Deploy SFCC code to testing and production environment.

• Support SFCC releases and maintain configuration documents and release artifacts per release.

Work closely with productions operations team to triage and resolve production issues on the SFCC platform.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Experience in SFCC (SFRA and Site Genesis).
Good understanding of configurations in SFCC Business Manager.
Knowledge about Bitbucket pipelines and branching strategies.
Experience working on integrating with 3rd Party APIs and Services.
Experience in SFCC Release management is a plus.
Right candidate should be highly energetic, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a dynamic work environment.
Flexibility, Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with leadership and peers is desired.
Experience in Business to Consumer (B2C) eCommerce software development. Sound knowledge and experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud on Site Genesis and SFRA.
Experience in SFCC Release management.
