Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team for a temporary position as maternity cover. The ideal candidate has a strong SAP knowledge and experience in fashion/luxury operations.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP operations including PIR/PO creation and updates for Luxury and Polo lines
  • Handle SRS orders, press orders, and bulk production operations
  • Maintain and update ex-factory dates, prices, and standards in system
  • Manage GFE+ operations including UPC and export processes
  • Work with PLM system for cost input and management
  • Maintain AirTable databases and create delivery reports
  • Process GTN invoices and provide supplier support
  • Coordinate with regional and merchandising teams for delivery updates
  • Serve as point of contact for international logistics team

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Previous experience with SAP and PLM systems / Excel
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities in English and Italian
  • Experience in fashion/luxury industry preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
