Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations
  • Responsible for end-to-end staff onboarding & off-boarding processes
  • Oversee HRIS administration and maintain accurate and update employee records
  • Handle staff inquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform various HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Assist in creating and managing activity and communication calendars to ensure timely and effective updates.
  • Help in planning and organizing staff engagement events and activities, taking an active role in the logistical and operational aspects to ensure execution details are handled efficiently.
  • Provide proactive assistance for company-wide initiatives to enhance engagement.
  • Support DE&I efforts by collaborating with Employee Impact Groups and playing an active role in the execution of DE&I activities, training, and programs, ensuring they are effectively implemented.
  • Perform various HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines; 
  • 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience 
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance & other related regulations
  • A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
