Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $57150 - $102695 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview

The Senior Styling Associate, Polo Men’s, manages all Men’s Polo global photoshoots for the Ralph Lauren Agency team. The Senior Styling Associate will be report into the Head of Advertising Styling and working closely with stakeholders in the marketing and merchandising divisions to ensure all needs are met for each project.
This includes but is not limited to, sample coordination, confirming ownership of styled products, styling approvals with lead merchants, styling decks for presentations, and confirming all marketing needs are accomplished.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Present all campaign looks to senior leadership for approvals
  • Aid senior designers in all style outs and with styling on set at photoshoots
  • Source samples and accessories per senior design, marketing, and merchandising requests.
  • Work with the senior merchandising team to ensure all clothing and accessories are owned for necessary regions (per each photoshoot), collaborating to solve all needed product substitutes
  • Creating and managing shot lists for each shoot to ensure necessary images are taken and collaborate with the creative operations team post-shoot
  • Collaborate with the production team to manage all fittings, wardrobe shipments (domestic and international), and expendables for each shoot
  • Facilitate international carnet shipments to ensure all wardrobe meets customs regulations and clear the screening process in a timely manner
  • Manage set up for style outs and on with design teams and senior leadership

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Advanced knowledge of fashion and advertising styling experience
  • Understand the Ralph Lauren legacy, history, and brand vision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional prioritization workflow skills and the ability to work well under time constraints
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative, Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Social Media channels
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice and potential weekends; travel is up to 60% and more
