Position Overview
The Sr Analyst, Retail Asset Protection and Facilities is responsible for the management and administration of expense planning, control and reconciliation. This position is responsible for the physical security and facilities concerns for all locations to include repairs & maintenance, new store opening support, vendor management, cost control and planning. Administrative responsibilities for AP related technologies will fall under the purview of this position as well as all AP related record and database maintenance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management
· Manage end to end processes fort the business areas below.
o Retail Store Fire Systems
o Utilities
o Janitorial
o Waste Management
o Armored Car
o Uniformed Guards
o Global Rug Program
o Service Channel Maintenance
o Vendor Management
Finance Management
· Manage end to end processes fort the business areas below.
o Raises, transmits and tracks all related purchase orders for equipment and service
o Manages all invoices ensuring that they match the PO and that any queries are addressed; ensure accurate coding and payment to vendors
o Facilitates repairs & maintenance of equipment and maintains accurate records of requests and progress; develops consistent review process with supervisor
o Investigates and resolves all expense related concerns and communicates all issues with supervisor.
o Develops consistent and appropriate communication strategy with Accounts Payable partners, Finance and the North America as well Asset Protection and facilities teams
o Administration and maintenance of Global Asset Protection files including contact lists, distribution lists and alignments.
o Administrative support for Global Asset Protection Business Applications
o Fiscal YE invoicing with vendors
Administration Support
o Promotes and adheres to all Company Policy and Procedures; adheres to all guidelines as outlined in the Company Code of Conduct and the Employee Handbook
o Support the Asset Protection and Facilities leadership team with administrative processes.
o Compile and disseminate financial & Facilities expenses.
o Assist the Director with project presentations.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
o Excellent written and verbal skills.
o Prior experience in facilities, finance, and purchasing and/or accounts payable role.
o Retail Facilities experience preferred
o Proficient knowledge and use of all Microsoft Office applications.
o Ability to multi-task at various levels across project lines.
o Some travel to NY/NJ is required.
o Ability to work within a team environment, as well as independently
