Position Overview

We are hiring a permanent Assistant Store Manager to our new Polo Factory Store at Hede Fashion Outlet which will be opening soon.

  • Communicate & implement the retail strategy and initiatives to support the RL business vision
  • Motivate, Lead & develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer support
  • Deliver the highest standards of Operational efficiencies, compliance, performance & profitability

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the General manager responsible for exceeding sales and profitability targets through driving and developing initiatives, delivering profit expectations, analyzing store census and effectiveness, and understanding the local market
  • Manage & maintain the “hire to retire” of all employees
  • Responsible for hiring & developing the best talent to meet the business requirements
  • Create personal development opportunities linked to performance to provide succession and growth
  • Inspire and develop the team by setting clear expectations and act as a brand ambassador setting the standards for the whole team
  • Take ownership for personal performance & seek feedback to review progress RL 
  • Deliver & drive consistently the RL Experience service model to an exceptional level providing all customers a welcoming environment to Connect, Convert & Conclude.
  • Ensure effective communication for sharing of product knowledge, coaching of selling skills
  • to new & existing employees 
  • Implement and maintain store guidelines to an excellent standard

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Proven experience within a retail environment in a similar role
  • Proactive, positive, and dynamic personality
  • High customer and people service orientation
  • Good social and communication skills
  • Understanding of delivering performance against KPIs 
  • Solid experience within MS Office suite
  • Fluency in Swedish and English are mandatory, both spoken and written
