Position Overview

The Executive Development Associate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the Executive Development process to ensure a consistent, engaging, and inclusive experience for all Executive Development learning experiences for Ralph Lauren globally, regionally and locally. 

The position will work closely with the Executive Development Lead along with internal partners across the organization, external Coaches, Consultant Firms and Executive Education Institutions, coordinating efforts that inspire engaging and transformational learning and development experiences across our Enterprise and Global Leadership populations. You will be adept at communicating and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and bring exceptional organizational and operational skills along with the confidence to contribute within a vibrant and diverse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the continuous deployment and evolution of all Executive Development Learning experiences, including, but not limited to Executive Coaching Engagements, Executive Education Experiences, Learning and Development Programs and all Learning tools and assessments.
  • Own the strategy and execution of certain programs including our Internal Coaching and 360 Feedback initiatives.
  • Establish relationships with internal People Partners, Executive Assistants, stakeholders and external partners to ensure connectivity, coordination and communications.
  • Track and maintain all program milestones to ensure deadlines and program goals and targets are met.
  • Maintain all Executive Development files, documents and shared drives.
  • Draft and secure approvals for SOW’s and MSA’s in partnering with Legal and Vendors.
  • Process and track all invoices through the Ariba invoicing system, ensuring timely payments.
  • Coordinate and draft communication emails and plans.
  • Support the design of Executive Learning presentations, dashboards and content.
  • Coordinate data analysis and surveys to measure sustained impact of all Executive Development experiences and strategies.
  • Continuously learn about the needs of our population, internal and external partners, to support the full cycle experience of the Executive Development Strategy.
  • Partner with the People teams for access to all Workday reporting and data.
  • Partner with the Global Learning Experience & DEI Learning teams to gain insights on learning tools and initiatives to continue to amplify learnings and techniques to improve our processes and experiences.
  • Research industry trends and benchmarks across the changing executive education landscape.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

·       Strong communication and relationship building skills.

·       Preferred experience with aspects of HR, including learning & development, performance management, employee relations, change management, problem resolution, and organizational development.
