Position Overview

As part of Ralph Lauren’s Next Generation Transformation (NGT) initiative, we are replacing our core operating systems (SAP, Island Pacific, and Microsoft D365) with a unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This transformation will standardize business operations across Planning, Sourcing and Buying, Retail and Wholesale, Logistics and Distribution, and Finance.

The ERP+ Pricing and DTC Sales Revenue/SAP CAR SME will play a critical role in leading the design and implementation of global omnichannel product pricing data and SAP CAR POS inbound sales revenue posting in S4 Fashion. This role will ensure seamless sales audit functionality, comprehensive testing, and integration of DTC sales data into the ERP system.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the integrated design for global, omnichannel product pricing data in SAP S4 Fashion.
  • Oversee SAP CAR POS inbound sales revenue posting, including Sales Audit functionality for all Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the DTC team to develop a comprehensive solution and test plan for DTC sales postings into SAP S4 Fashion.
  • Work with Reporting & Analytics teams to leverage SAP capabilities in delivering accurate and timely DTC sales data aligned with business requirements.
  • Ensure pricing and revenue management solutions support global business needs while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, IT partners, and ERP vendors to ensure successful pricing data integration and revenue postings.
  • Support system testing, validation, and go-live activities to ensure a smooth ERP transition.
  • Provide expertise on SAP CAR POS DTA through Sales Audit, ensuring adherence to best practices and system efficiency.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Hands-on SAP Fashion/Retail experience in omnichannel merchandise pricing.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CAR POS DTA, particularly through Sales Audit.
  • Expertise in SAP S4 Fashion pricing models, revenue management, and transaction processing.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel pricing strategies, sales revenue posting, and audit functionalities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions, ensuring system efficiency and scalability.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and external partners.
  • Experience in SAP reporting and analytics to support pricing and revenue tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex SAP solutions to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in global environments with multi-region ERP deployments.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support the global implementation.
