Position Overview

This role will focus on optimizing key digital real estate via qualitative and quantitative research, reporting and insights in order to identify areas of opportunity for growth and efficiency, with a focus on customer experience and localization. Strong cross functional relationships are imperative for this role to ensure we are leveraging all sources of insights effectively as well as the delivery of projects you will be the business lead on.

This is not a structured role and would be attractive to a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is capable of using analytic and creative skills to challenge the way we do things and find better solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participate in key projects.

  • Support manager in delivering key initiatives.

  • Competitor analysis with a focus on customer experience and localization.

  • Work each season with trading team to define seasonal trading strategy

  • Reporting and reviewing business performance to identify journey improvements.

  • Partner with team members within trading to collaborate on cross functional tasks.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 3.5+ full strategic cycles of experience working in an eCommerce environment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyse data and create a working theory from data sets
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Continuous awareness of competitor sites, activity, functionality, innovation and best practices to ensure a fluid and optimal journey.  
  • Knowledge of analytic tools (Adobe, BI, Content Square)
  • Ability to think creatively and out of the box about processes and systems improvements
  • Experience of using analytic and creative skills to challenge the way we do things and find better solutions
  • Time management and agile way of working
  • Effective written and oral communications skills, with sensitivity to global communication needs
  • Thirst for knowledge and consciously drive to keep abreast of industry trends.
