Position Overview

Working within the EMEA Retail Operations team, and reporting to the Digital Store Operations Senior Manager, the successful candidate will support with rollouts and training for new digital projects in store, lead the digital operational readiness of stores (including ensuring in-store devices are fully functional, access to platforms/websites is maintained, and any other required tools/services the stores may need), and support the Digital Store Operations Senior Manager with ad-hoc tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

-        Manage/update internal standard operating procedures [SOPs] and digital/video SOPs.

-        Support with launching and maintaining any new technologies, policies, and procedures.

-        Execute and drive engagement for all digital store projects including (but not limited to) mobile point of sale [MPOS], Digital Business Cards, retail reporting [RLI], etc.

-        Foster strong partnerships with multiple corporate departments and global teams.

-        Think outside of the box with sharing ideas, while supporting the expression of the next level retail experience.

-        Conduct workshops and surveys to identify areas of improvements in stores, partner with experts in the field.

-        Divide your time appropriately between our three channels: RLS, RLC, and PRO.

-        Travel to visit stores, specifically around projects and NSOs.

-        Provide crucial support to stores to ensure accurate delivery of each remit.

-        Track open tickets regarding on-going issues and work with partners to get resolutions.

-        Support the Digital Store Operations Senior Manager, and wider Operations team, with any ad-hoc tasks.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Experience

-        2+ years strategic cycles  in operations or administration roles or equivalent.

-        Passion for operations, fashion, and technology.

-        Additional languages and multi-national experience are a plus.

-        Ability to create and manage a strong network of stakeholders from multiple departments.

-        Ability to understand business challenges/requirements while matching it with best-in-class solutions.
