Position Overview
Coordinate, manage and execute the activities of Merchandising for Collection Apparel, Accessories, and Footwear. Assist senior leadership in developing, executing, and communicating a product strategy that meets or exceeds financial goals and global product strategy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with analytics team to develop and deliver seasonal line plans to Design with a focus on product intention and delivery flow, based on regional feedback, competitive landscape, and overarching brand and department goals.
- Take initiative to lead and support merchandising cross-functional teams to drive process, meet deadlines, and execute both the brand vision and seasonal business strategies.
- Assist in preparation of all brand merchandising strategies and assortment presentations to commercial and cross-functional partners.
- Attend Design meetings and weekly status meetings with Production.
- Weekly analysis and knowledge of global business performance.
- Shop the competition regularly to understand trends and pricing, identifying new opportunities appropriate for the brand.
- Adherence to seasonal calendar dates.
- Solve problems with a solution-driven approach through critical thinking and creativity.
