Position Overview
Responsible for managing the Ralph Lauren brand aesthetic and creating a memorable customer shopping experience through the execution and maintenance of elevated product presentation strategies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of interior changeovers, including but not limited to, monthly floor mapping, product delivery planning, store line communication and team coordination.
- Ensure that store interior presentations are maintained daily, including re-merchandising where needed, updating displays, and ensuring all new product arrivals are on the selling floor.
- Provide training to store line teams on Global Brand Image retail presentation strategy best practices (standards, procedures and expectations).
- Conduct daily walkthrough of locations, identifying opportunities to improve and maintain the overall aesthetic and creative appearance of each location, including the overall tidiness of each store.
- Establish and cultivate strong business relationships with cross functional partnerships to ensure business needs are met in the most brand appropriate manner, and to advocate for Creative/Product Presentation needs/opportunities.
- Maintain a rolling creative calendar for store changes/updates and alignment of all business partners.
- Maintain positive financials through timely completion of corporate card expense reporting.
- Leverage department resources, i.e. Microsoft Teams, to remain educated on directives, showrooms, advertising, product deliveries and buys.
- Assemble photo recaps of each installation for store team maintenance and for department documentation.
- Know and be aware of creative competition, learn from what you see outside of your immediate environment and report back to management on observations and insights.
- Provide additional support where needed, i.e. new store openings, special projects, and showroom installs.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Experience with visual presentation and rigging in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skill set which enables managing and engaging the team.
- Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
- Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working and retail store hours (i.e., evenings after 9 PM and weekends), as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with supervisors, direct reports and peers.
- General computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand.
