Position Overview
Ralph Lauren APAC is looking for a BizTalk Application Developer to join the IT team to deliver EAI / Integration solution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Work closely with different functional team to align requirements and document the requirements into technical user stories.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders in different region and external vendors on delivering EAI / Integration solution.
* Involve in software development lifecycle from requirement analysis, technical design, implementation, documentation, and deployment.
* Design and implement the EAI / Integration solution using the latest technologies and industrial best practices.
* Document requirements, design, architecture and test scripts.
* Build and manage strong relationship with vendors and internal stakeholders.
* Communicate risks, issues, challenges and status/progress of the projects.
* Identify recurring issues and work with different stakeholders to provide workarounds and permanent solutions.
* Work with Corporate IT team to align on application roadmap and best practices.
* Provide technical leadership on design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* 10 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of EAI / Integration technology / Middleware platform.
* 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Biztalk/Azure Integration services is mandatory.
* Relevant Experience in MuleSoft integration is a plus.
* Experience with different integration architecture including ETL, Secure File Transfer, API (SOAP and RESTful web services), Microservices, Enterprise Service Bus, Message Queue.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework, JSON, C# .NET language, MS SQL stored procedure.
* Experience in working on the cloud-based platform.
* Good knowledge of integration design patterns and service-oriented architecture.
* Experience in leading a team in working with various counterparts in different locations and time zones.
* Good knowledge of EDI, parquet, CSV or different type of interface format.
* Good written and spoken English with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
* Process Improvement/Re-engineering experience.
* Membership of relevant professional institution.
