Position Overview

Responsible for supporting the GCSEA Communications Lead in delivering a region-specific employee communication strategy that informs, engages and inspires our GCSEA population in support of our Company’s purpose, our Next Great Chapter: Accelerate plan and the GCSEA business strategy. This role will be responsible for planning and developing communication content (talking points, newsletters, slide decks) for internal channels, including the delivery of employee events.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Execute internal communications plan for GCSEA, in alignment with business priorities and regional and global messaging
  • Manage editorial calendar across GCSEA, closely connecting with business partners on function-specific content
  • Support content development and delivery of GCSEA employee-facing events
  • Support and execute communication strategies to support GCSEA Regional CEO in engaging employees through internal channels, including Workplace
  • Co-create and publish materials, including presentations, leadership messages, newsletters, talking points, etc.
  • Manage and review internal communication channels and content with the goal of reaching our dispersed teams
  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and channels
  • Oversee translation of materials, as needed.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English and Chinese – executive messages, briefing documents, employee communications, PowerPoint presentations
  • A high level of flexibility and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally
  • Natural curiosity and strong storyteller
  • Agile, dynamic and resourceful, with strong understanding of business objectives
  • Flexibility to travel when required
