Position Overview


The Analyst, Project Management, DVC is responsible for providing exceptional support in the delivery & execution of transformational initiatives for the Digitizing our Value Chain program within Ralph Lauren.  This role is expected to work cross-functionally & collaboratively across all levels of the organization to drive change.   The ideal candidate is self-motivated with great communication skils & highly organized.  Proven experience working in a fast-paced agile environment delivering both process & technology transformations will lead to fast success in this role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Support program execution through a structured PMO process
  • Monitor & communicate status in partnership with project leadership & key stakeholders
  • Promote an agile environment, ensuring quick speed to market while maintaining strategic focus
  • Create & maintain project management tools including: strategy framework, business case/ROI,  project plans, risk trackers, etc
  • Assist in determining what is important to the business, even in the absence of clear guidelines to move the business forward, enable better decisions, highlight areas of opportunity & risks
  • Be a champion of change


  • Support development of strategic communications to be shared with business stakeholders & program sponsors
  • Ability to create compelling, clear & powerful stories to all levels of the organization
  • Explore & advance modern communication techniques, for internal communication, including videos, infographics, messaging, etc
  • Maintain project materials to facilitate change including: team updates, meeting agendas/recaps, internal articles, training outlines, etc.

Business Analysis

  • Utilize data to influence & improve decision making across operational processes
  • Conduct information research including benchmarking of industry and initiatives
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes by assisting in analysis and documentation (process maps, metrics, definitions, analytics, information visualization)

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Fashion / Textile Management, Strategic Communications or equivalent preferred.
  • Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, SmartSheet, Mural & other or equivalent tools
  • Experience in product development, supply chain, fashion or related consulting
  • Strong interpersonal skills w/ the ability to manage complex cross functional projects
  • Ability to develop relationships & work cross-functionally across all levels of organization
  • Collaborative, strategic, motivated, and energetic with ability to work on multiple tasks
  • Must be self-motivated/self-starter
  • Project Management Certification is an asset but not required
