Position Overview

The People and Development Operations Analyst plays a crucial operations role supporting the P&D community and by extension the broader organization through the management of programs, principles, processes, tools and systems that enable the employee lifecycle through People & Development operational excellence and efficiency.  Will provide critical support and guidance to enable a new way of working in a digital landscape. This position is eligible for a flexible work location. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·        Serve as administrator and champion for internal P&D Sharepoint site.  Support overall management of the project team and deliverables through the development of project plans, deliverable tracking and communication.

·        Support communication, transformation and change management efforts around program and system implementation.

·        Support the development of and ongoing maintenance/ updates to a global integrated P&D calendar, including methodology, tools, tracking, reporting and analytics.   

·        Support the facilitation of ongoing process feedback sessions, workshops and design sessions in partnership with IT and internal stakeholders.

·        Manage end to end projects and programs in partnership with cross-functional team members.

·        Track and manage overall systems updates and communication to relevant stakeholders in partnership with Change Management and IT.

·        Support system superusers, process champions and P&D Playbook project team members.

·        Manage permissions and security/access for P&D users on a variety of applications and internal platforms

·        Support team in continuous process improvement projects that support the global human resources strategy and global process harmonization.

·        Partner with Reporting and Analytics and change management team to resolve data integrity issues through business process improvement and training/communication.

·        Develop an understanding of current state end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and partner with IT and P&D internal stakeholders to define and implement desired end state.

·        Enable new digital capabilities to support new ways of working for managers of people.

·        Play a Change Agent role within People & Development to enable new ways of working.

·        Research on emerging and industry trends and best practices in the areas of technology and process improvement.

·        Lead cross-functional team meetings in a program/project management and systems/process capacity.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in human resources or related preferred
  • Experience and understanding of all components of the employee lifecycle and related processes
  • Experience with project management tools and software.  Smartsheets a plus
  • Familiarity with process documentation.
  • Understanding of key HR business processes and the intersections across the generalist and specialty functions.
  • Strong HRIS systems knowledge.  Previous Workday experience a plus. 

·        Tech enthusiast.  Ability and desire to explore, test and learn IT applications and functionality.

·        Comfort with change and ability to act as a change agent.

·        Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

·        Strong presentation and communication skills.

·        Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification of routine deliverables.

·        Highly organized with attention to detail.

·        Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

·        Highly proficient in MS Office software, including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio.

·        Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Ability to lead cross-functional team meetings.
