Position Overview


The
Analyst of NA Customer Intelligence supports Direct-to-Consumer CRM initiatives in North America within the Ralph Lauren Corporation. Reporting to Manager, Customer Engagement, this individual will be a key contributor to building engagement with the RL customer across all channels and divisions in the North America Region. The individual will play an integral role in building and evolving a world-class CRM analytics function.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Develop regular consumer insights to aid Manager in strategic discussion about consumer targeting strategies
* Execute customer segmentation and contact strategy, campaign selection, execution, measurement & analysis.
* Pull data to aid manager analyze business intelligence, marketing channel effectiveness, customer lifetime value, customer behavior & satisfaction
* Strategic planning of annual and seasonal marketing plans in partnership with CRM and Channel Marketing teams
* Forecast incremental sales generated from all marketing programs and consumer segments on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.
* Reforecast or update analysis based upon business trends.
* Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional and inter-company peers
* Articulate thoughts eloquently for multiple levels of management
* Strong understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand and enthusiastic willingness to learn
* Ability to see from the customers’ perspective and serve as their advocate
* Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
* Demonstrated critical thinking skills with an ability to make decisions for the business
* Team-player; ability to work with all business divisions in a proactive manner and drive results
* Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities
* Interest and ability to learn SQL to pull data as needed

Experience, Skills & Knowledge


Experience in Direct Marketing, Analytics,
CRM/Database and/or Online Marketing

Well-versed in all aspects of business intelligence, marketing analytics & retail analytics

Experience and interest in SQL coding

Analytical or Marketing role within a Retail company a plus

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Quantitative research experience a plus
