Position Overview

The Activations Operations Analyst reports to the Head of Employee Survey & Activations Operations and plays a crucial role in supporting the People & Development (HR) community, along with the broader global organization. This position requires an integral partner who will operationalize and activate multiple global P&D programs, in addition to projects that engage our people. The ideal candidate is an agile, strategic, operational professional with strong project management capabilities. This position allows for a flexible work location. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·        Develop operational tools for activations to streamline current practices; e.g., project plans, communication timeline, and tools.

·        Operationalize and manage the activations of various projects and programs in partnership with cross-functional team members.

·        Support and manage vendor relations in partnership with Procurement and P&D stakeholders.

·        Key partner to design and prepare Employee Engagement Surveys, and must provide hypercare support while surveys are live. Innovate deployment plans and training sessions for leader access to survey results.  

·        Manage logistics and the delivery of virtual/in-person employee events.

·        Produce employee-facing content and communications that engage and inspire.

·        Cultivate productive relationships with partners across departments and regions.

·        Have a “pulse” on the organization – understanding how employees think and feel – as well as industry trends and best practices related to engagement.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

·        Experience in operations and/or change management initiatives.

·        Experience with project management tools and software.

·        Experience developing, managing, and measuring impact of programs.

·        Clear communication, highly organized, attention to detail.

·        Strategy- and execution-oriented with a proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative.

·        Established track record in delivering high-quality initiatives with tight deadlines, while managing, prioritizing, and handling multiple projects concurrently.

·        Expertise is critical in MS Office software, specially SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·        Passion for continual process improvement and the simplification of routine deliverables.

·        Proven analytical and decision-making abilities.

·        Presentation skills preferred.
