Position Overview

This role will have responsibility for developing and delivering Employee Learning Experiences locally to India and Bangladesh employees. They will act as an internal learning consultant and collaborate closely with the Global Employee Learning Experience team, People team, and leadership stakeholders for India and Bangladesh client groups to deliver impactful, engaging, and results-driven learning experiences. This role’s primary mission will be to partner with Finance, IT and Sourcing Leadership to deliver the Learning Experience strategy, enabling the growth of our talent. You will manage learning deployment and facilitation to best contribute to talent development, business growth, and a respectful and inclusive employee experience.This role will be an Individual contributor role.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Set clear objectives and outcomes for learning programming to demonstrate the quality of the learning, business impact, and learner feedback
* Build and manage successful relationships between your stakeholders: Regional leadership-India & Bangladesh, People and the  ELX teams
* Work with stakeholders to assess learning needs and to define training priorities
* Enable business success by unleashing individual potential, inspiring growth, and building diverse teams through strategic learning experiences, agile ways of working and authentic employee experiences
* Deliver and facilitate RL Learning Academy programs including subject areas such as Professional Development, , Leadership & Functional Job skills to meet individual and organizational needs as identified and agreed with Business Partners
* Plan and project manage the delivery of onboarding programs for new employees to create effective and engaging onboarding experiences
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of global Learning Experiences tools and initiatives
* Partner with Global Learning Experience Insights & Creation functions to create and refine new learning solutions for India and Bangladesh employees.
* Review training materials and tailor the content of training materials to suit India and Bangladesh specifications, while remaining consistent with methodology and learning outcomes
* Communicate effectively with the Global Learning Experience team and other business units to support and enable efficient coordination of learning events
* Support administrative tasks in our LMS, ensuring all training is deployed, recorded, and reported on appropriately
* Assist with communicating and championing India and Bangladesh Talent Development initiatives with client groups.
* Adhere to the Learning Experience Guiding principles
* Management of learning metrics, evaluation and sustainability for Learning Experiences and manage the local budget
* Partners with Global Learning Experience Team, People team and stakeholders to establish the most appropriate vehicle of delivery on a case by case basis e.g. super user, e-learning, face-to-face, virtual classrooms, outsourcing, etc
* Organizes the delivery of Learning Experience programs, online, venues, logistics, as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • At least 12-14 years of experience of working in MNCs or matrixed organizations in learning teams .
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent), or Learning/Talent Development certification
  • Experience in leading Talent or Learning Development for business areas including needs analysis, design, delivering and evaluation of development interventions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple talent development interventions and strong capability to learn delivery and scaled deployment of new talent development interventions
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, highly effective in dealing with ambiguity
  • Able to balance working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced energetic culture
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Learning Management systems.
