Position Overview

We are looking for a talented senior sales professional to join our brand new Women's Wear Concession in one of the worlds leading department store Harrods . Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service/Sales
• Assists customers using advanced knowledge of merchandise and customer service skills with more complex customer requests
• Resolves customer issues using store guidelines; escalates complex issues to next level
• Impacts the sales results and overall customer experience of the assigned merchandise area
• Is able to work in multiple merchandise areas
• Able to Communicate and give Feedback
• Leads by Example, the RL Selling Culture Sales Model

Product Knowledge
• Broad knowledge of the merchandise in multiple product area in store
• Able to Communicate and share knowledge with Associates
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
• May help train or provide guidance to support New Associates
• Demonstrate full understanding of relevant Dept. SOP’s

Operations
• Action RFID Planogram changes
• Transfers to/from floor
• Receive delivery (RFID)
• Manage and lead on delivery processing to meet targets
