Position Overview

Full time Senior sales professional role in menswear luxury department. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Meet the store and personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated and personalized level of service and communication to all customers in store and via out -reach.

Continuously build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VIC’s) Super VIC’s & Top clients.

Assist customers during till sales transactions in line with the company standard operating procedure.

Contribute to the maintenance of standards in both the front and back of house including stock room areas.

Assist customers in the fitting room in line with the company standard operating procedures.

Follow the company health and safety policies and standard operating procedures at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Previous experience in Menswear retail.

Have a Moderate to high level of product knowledge in elevated clothing.

Previous technical skills in the online sales platforms and digital sales.

Has a strong focus on achieving personal sales & KPI Goals.

Is a professional & confident communicator.

 Exhibits pride through a positive demeanour, body language and personal presentation.
