Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations
- Responsible for end-to-end staff onboarding & off-boarding processes
- Oversee HRIS administration and maintain accurate and update employee records
- Handle staff inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform various HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist in creating and managing activity and communication calendars to ensure timely and effective updates.
- Help in planning and organizing staff engagement events and activities, taking an active role in the logistical and operational aspects to ensure execution details are handled efficiently.
- Provide proactive assistance for company-wide initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Support DE&I efforts by collaborating with Employee Impact Groups and playing an active role in the execution of DE&I activities, training, and programs, ensuring they are effectively implemented.
- Perform various HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
- 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance & other related regulations
- A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
