Position Overview
This position will provide hospitality to all guests who walk into the global flagship Ralph’s Coffee located at 888 Madison Ave on the 72nd St. entrance. You will welcome all guests seeking Ralph’s Coffee and will help guide customers looking for Ralph Lauren retail. The primary duty of the door person is to maintain line flow for guests by opening and closing the doors and holding a queue outside when the indoors space is at capacity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- You will uphold the excellent Ralph Lauren hospitality and customer service to all guest by greeting every guest who walks in and out the door.
- Work with Maitre D and all team members on the floor on wait times and availability of open tables.
- Adhere to the Ralph Coffee and Ralph Lauren uniform and brand image
- Ability to work as part of the team in a fast-paced work environment
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Ability to interact with guests in a hospitable manner at all points of service.
- A polished and stylish presence
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
