Position Overview

The selected candidate will develop deep expertise in the area of our Vendor Management System and related applications. The primary focus of this role is centered on data entry for supply chain social audits and data extraction and analysis for that data.  The position will work with a global team to ensure that the business needs are being met and that the team can perform their jobs efficiently and effectively. The position will work from 11.30am – 8.30pm IST as regular shift, supporting our team’s operations globally (USA, Hong Kong, India, and Bangladesh), subject to business needs. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Entering social audit information into our vendor management system, including factory profile information, audit violation data, creation of corrective action plans (CAPs)
  • Completing the CAP process in the data platform to support global reporting
  • Creating cleaned and well-formatted reports to share with our team and internal stakeholders
  • Perform data analysis used by teams to influence & improve decision making across operational processes
  • Use PowerBI to create and send weekly reports on key data points
  • Monitor & regularly report data quality for specific focus areas through analysis, system queries/ad hoc reporting
  • Managing existing Excel Sheets with updated information from our team members
  • Review and reconcile invoicing information
  • Using proficiency in reading Excel formulas to identify better pathways to keep our data up-to-date
  • Learn internal factory scoring rubric based on our RL Operating Standards
  • Have regular connects with the global team to ensure clarity on tasks and assignments
  • Document issues/risks & escalate them to Product Owners
  • Additional functional support activities as defined by business leads, related to audit data, reporting and analysis.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Requirements

  • Location: Bengaluru, IN   
  • Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree, Science, commerce or accounting background preferred
  • Experience of 1+ year in a supply chain focused role preferred
  • A high proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (PivotTable, Macros)
  • High proficiency in PowerBI preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong time management skills
  • Willingness to work in other shifts to align with business requirements
  • Willingness to learn about the social compliance process at Ralph Lauren
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and manage complex cross-functional business processes
  • Collaborative, motivated, and energetic with ability to work on multiple tasks
  • Experience working in complex supply chains a plus
  • Experience in fashion a plus
