The Content Management Intern will support the execution and optimisation of Ralph Lauren’s digital content strategy. This 12-month internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce, content management, and digital marketing within a fast-paced, global luxury retail environment.

Reporting to the Content Management Manager, the role will involve assisting in the planning and delivery of seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring content accuracy, localisation, and timely execution across multiple regional websites. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Development, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising, will be essential to creating a seamless customer experience.

 

This position is suited to individuals with a keen eye for detail, a strong interest in digital commerce, and a passion for luxury retail. It provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and contribute to impactful digital projects.

  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding programme, engaging with E-commerce teams to understand customer touchpoints and corporate operations.
  • Attend live and virtual showroom walkthroughs across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids' divisions to stay informed about upcoming campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and executing the content strategy, ensuring alignment with seasonal and promotional goals.
  • Support content localisation efforts across various Ralph Lauren translated sites.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Product teams to align divisional content plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Buying, Planning, Global Content, Design, and Development.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for content updates and platform enhancements.
  • Analyse website performance data using analytics tools and provide insights to optimise user engagement.
  • Ensure key products are accurately showcased and easily shoppable on the website.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify market trends and regional cultural events.
  • Attend trade meetings and contribute to discussions on content strategy and execution.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive global communication needs.
  • Confidence in establishing and maintaining regional and global partnerships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs, data analysis, and deriving actionable insights would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Understanding of corporate culture within a global organisation and the ability to adapt accordingly.
  • Interest in digital commerce, content management, and market trends.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking management abilities.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
