The Belonging & Equity (B.E.) Learning & Program Analytics Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of the B.E. team’s systems, calendars, and programs by fostering productive cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners. This role will support in capturing, analyzing, and making recommendations based on relevant data to support our B.E. strategy such as talent demographics, Employee Impact Group membership and engagement, and employee survey results. Teamwork, process orientation, relationship management and effective communication, as well as attention to detail, are critical aspects of this role. This position will support the logistics, project management, and communication of our strategic initiatives to ensure our efforts are well planned, communicated and carried out to support a culture of belonging.

The B.E. Associate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to co-develop an integrated roadmap for delivery of initiatives, programming and coordinating efforts to inspire engagement across the organization. They will be adept at building successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and bring impressive communication and planning skills along with the credibility and confidence to contribute within a vibrant and diverse environment.

Partner with internal and external data teams to create and analyze Talent data related to our B.E. strategy such as demographics, performance, and promotions to ensure we are creating diverse talent pipelines.
Collaborate with Employee Survey stakeholders to map and measure appropriate questions to measure and analyze our B.E. strategy and initiatives.
  • Serve as our functional subject matter expert for Workday processes and reporting that align with our B.E. strategy such as EIG membership, Learning administration around Learning Programs, Self-ID, and other Workday functions.
  • Support key B.E. programs and engagement initiatives such as Courageous Conversations and Powerful Perspectives in scheduling, sourcing topics, calendarizing, communicating, and reporting out on impact.
  • Support B.E. planning, calendar management, and employee applications and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on programming, execution of events and idea generation.
  • Support Employee Impact Groups in schedules and tracking of community meetings and engagement hours
  • Support generating of Learning & Engagement hours and analytics globally.
  • Display behaviors that reinforce and support an inclusive culture.
  • Provide project management support as needed (i.e., Employee Impact Groups, external partnerships, and engagement events)
  • Maintain Teams site with relevant communications (decks, articles, polls etc.).
  • Analytics- supporting ROI measurement on programming and events across the organization; provide data on diversity analytics, including benchmarking, analyzing, and generating diversity reporting.
  • Act as point person for general questions on B.E. systems and tools and manage the B.E. email box.
  • Assist in contributing ideas for improvement of departmental processes, procedures, and reporting.
  • Prepares and maintains records, reports, budget and plans

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint
  • Progressive experience in administrative and/or project coordination
  • Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion programs with an understanding of current subjects and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, work in high pressure environment
  • Self-starter / proactive mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to work flexible hours outside of local time zone as needed
