Position Overview

FTC ending June 2025

 

An exciting role within the direct-to-consumer business planning team for EMEA. The role is digitally focused, varied and will include analysis, planning and reporting. This position will suit a highly numerate person who is excited about deep diving into ecommerce datasets to provide actionable recommendations and solving key business problems. While working primarily in the digital business planning team this role will involve working cross-functionally in a dynamic omnichannel brand.

 

Please note this role is hybrid working spending 40% in our office based in London.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·        Responsible for daily financial sales reporting to the wider EMEA business

·        Maintain digital trading calendar with all online and offline activations

·        Collate monthly and quarterly business review presentations evaluating performance

·        Assemble and analyse data to help support the digital forecasting process (e.g. historical sales, traffic trends, market trends, marketing channel mix and promotions).

·        Maintain daily forecasts for all KPIs working cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Finance teams and integrating a new machine learning process.

·        Partner with wider digital teams to understand financial risks or opportunities as part of monthly forecast process.

·        Run ad hoc reports to support the business with analysis and evaluation.

·        Solution-driven mindset, offer recommendations using a logical approach and attention to detail

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

·        Motivated and driven, quick learner with an interest in ecommerce

·        Highly organised, comfortable working to deadlines in a fast paced environment

·        Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative

·        Data driven mindset & keenness to learn new tools & models

·        Strong communication skills, able to package results into digestible and actionable messages

·        Enthusiastic team player in building relationships cross functionally with flexible approach

·        Advanced Excel skills, experience in analytics tools to process & interpret data all essential

·        Understanding of ecommerce KPIs is a plus
