The Role
We are looking for an energetic, driven and hands on Store Supervisor to assist our Ralph Lauren Chatswood store. As a Supervisor you be supporting the store manager and will excel in providing our high end clientele with exceptional sales support and service and truly make a difference as you bring the brand to life in your store.

Work to achieve daily sales targets and support the sales and profit performance of your store
Develop strong commercial relationships with clients, and grow your personal VIP database
Maintain the highest standards in customer service and maintain a consultative, professional manner at all times
Ensure the store is well-prepped with adequate stock on the shop floor as well as in BOH
Assist clients with range of post sale services such as alterations, in addition to written/telephonic correspondence regarding specific requests, new deliveries, service/merchandise satisfaction
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Prior exposure to sales, service and performance, preferably within a luxury retail environment
Previous Supervisor/ Team Leader/ Management experience
Previous stock management and operations experience is preferred
Excellent team player who enjoys working within a team and achieving joint success
Ability to work well under pressure
Must be detail oriented and organized
Well-groomed individual with a good understanding of trends, fashion and competitors
Is confident and comfortable to make autonomous decisions, when required
