Position Overview

Support brand manager in product lifecycle (End to End) through development into production

        Track, receive, and ship packages of submits through development season. Manage customs clearance issues. Anticipate deadlines within seasonal calendar to ensure proper support is given to deliver sample/proto samples to correct destination with key meetings in mind; Publish sample stats to teams. Coordinate photoshoot sample tracking for HK Studio and style information. Pre-code sales invoices (offline sample orders), confirming receipt of product as billed.  Set up PLM framework for new seasons, Support Brand Managers on PLM BOM creation; Input, update and finalize all product details and costing in PLM (product lifecycle management software); Input package factory cost for rest of world vendors, push costing to GFE at proto & market stages. Pull and compile KPI data from relevant systems or worksheets to support top line initiatives. Embed in the team to have product connection – familiar with the key details of the line / connection to the product. Attend material readiness meetings to support data completion; Manage E-Commerce product attributes as needed. Process invoices in Ariba system.Follow up on outstanding payments to vendors as needed. Support the HTS and Attribute process; Manage E-Commerce product attributes as needed. Support plm costing extension workload. Coordinate fit sessions, Risk Assessment meetings, wear testing.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • This is an in-office role. Ability to work in person 5 days / week.
  • This is an entry level role, but fashion industry experience is preferred with PLM knowledge / exposure
  • Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills; ability to work closely with Design, Raw Materials, and Merchandising Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices
  • Resourceful and adaptable; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, Excel knowledge
  • Embodies the CFAs of the RL Brand
