Position Overview
基本职责
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations
- Responsible for end-to-end staff on-boarding & off-boarding processes
- Oversee HRIS administration and maintain accurate and update employee records
- Handle staff enquiries in a professional manner
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization
- Perform various HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
- 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance & other related regulations
- A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
