职位概述
The Maintenance Associate role reports to the Facilities Maintenance Administrator and is responsible for completing assigned Service Point work orders and other repair/cleaning tasks as directed by the Maintenance Administrator.

a) Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures, re-lamps various lighting fixtures, sets up conference rooms, may stock pantries and restrooms as needed.
a) Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists of building equipment, Emergency lighting, HVAC equipment, and work order as assigned by the Maintenance Administrator.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Basic demonstrated knowledge of facilities maintenance skills such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, use of hand and power tools.

The employee is occasionally required to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. The employee may be required to lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
Work Environment
· The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Employee will be based out of our Nutley, NJ corporate office but may on occasion be required to support our NYC offices, e.g. during vacation periods or times when other team members are not available. Employee can expect to work in a professional office environment, creative workshop, mechanical equipment spaces, exposed rooftops, showrooms as well as active construction sites.
