Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $65000 - $129225 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

• Partner with other internal departments for trim, embroidery, prints and color.

• Maintain and organize sweater designs for the season for future reference.

• Hand sketch sweater designs for design presentations.

• Manage flat and detail sketches for construction hand off to Tech Design and Production teams.

• Prepare artwork and pattern/stitch layouts.

• Daily organization and must be able to keep accurate notes of meetings and product changes.

• Must be able to hand sketch and know CAD.

• Responsible for assisting Design Lead in creating seasonal concept boards, sketching, presentation set up, detailing of product, communication with merchandising, product development and production colleagues.

• Partner with Concept, Design Leads, Product Design, Merchandising and Production to ensure products are designed/developed in accordance with the calendar, quality, and cost.
