Position Overview

We have an exciting position to manage the Ralph’s Coffee and wider hospitality team and our flagship Bond Street store. You will  deliver an exceptional, memorable RL experience for all customers. Empower, motivate and lead the development of the team.


As the coffee shop manager, you will generate meaningful revenue and drive profitable and sustainable growth across the function, effectively communicate and implement the RL Hospitality strategy and initiatives that support the Ralph’s Coffee and hospitality business

  • Directly responsible for sales and profit performance in the assigned F&B venue(s), ensuring that all sales, margin and KPI goals are met.
  • Partner with the Commercial Leads to develop operating budgets and monitor performance.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, selection, supervision and development of hospitality staff.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports to achieve optimal results including succession planning for current and future positions.
  • Responsible for achieving excellent wastage goals and for the establishment(s) and implementation of both new and existing stock take procedures.
  • Establish and monitor all FOH standards and lead the team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide consistent feedback to corporate/global F&B senior stakeholders to identify high performance offerings, whilst also capturing underperforming items to develop a clear action plan and strategy.
  • Directs the execution of the company’s promotional strategies and programs, assuring that they support Ralph’s Coffee, marketing, and profit objectives.
  • Be proactive in internal and external partnerships through business development within the local area, networking and showcasing the Ralph’s Coffee business
  • Maintains a leadership role in community and charity events


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 1 strategic cycle of successfully leading teams in the premium/luxury dining sector or equivalent 
  • In depth knowledge of food and beverage's management including competitor activity
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A desire to build relationships and promote teamwork and develop people
  • High level of analytical and reporting skill
  • Action orientated and solution driven to achieve results
  • Competent in IT systems to include excel, Microsoft word
