- Communiquer avec l’équipe de vente pour garantir le service et la satisfaction client
Ambassadeur Ralph Lauren
- Incarner les valeurs et l’esprit de Ralph Lauren
- Assurer l’expérience client durant tout le processus de service après-vente
Opérations
- Assister la direction en matière de respect et de suivi des procédures
- Utiliser efficacement les outils de réapprovisionnement pour se conformer aux procédures RL
- Tenue du point de vente
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
PROFIL:
- Dynamique, passionné et axé sur les résultats
- Expérience dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de communication
