Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

       Orchestrate and manage key look styling for livestreaming and related activities:

­       Work closely with Brand Image team and Marketing team on seasonal key looks selection and styling to create desired looks that not only can be present as Ralph Lauren style, but also be able to convert to sales.

­       Partner with agencies to execute livestreaming product presentation to ensure all the contents are on-brand and able to drive sales within the platforms.

­       Plan and execute sample selections for livestream events.  Manage agency sample inventory, including sourcing, organizing, and returning.

­       Coordinate with hosts and models to ensure outfits are appropriate and visually appealing on camera.

­       Make quick adjustments and decisions during live sessions to maintain an elevated branding appearance.

­       Monitor the business daily to ensure the accurate execution.

       Lead styling concept for local campaign shootings:

­       Collaborate with the Marketing team and external agencies/media to develop styling concepts for photo shoots.

­       Create mood boards and styling guides to communicate the vision for each shoot.

­       Style celebrities and models to ensure they look their best on camera.

­       Monitor the on-site shooting and work with photographers to create visually compelling images.

­       Update and maintain a portfolio of styled shoots for future reference and portfolio development.

       Manage styling for local social assets creation:

­       Collaborate with the Marketing team and Digital Commerce team to develop styling concepts for social assets.

­       Research and stay updated on current fashion and social trends to incorporate them into styling plans.

­       Work with digital commerce managers to create cohesive and engaging visual stories.

­       Ensure all styled looks align with the Ralph Lauren brand’s image and campaign goals.

­       Review final images and videos to provide feedback and ensure the styling is represented accurately.

­       Regularly review the performance of social media assets to refine and improve styling techniques.


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Requirements

       Proven experience as a stylist, with a portfolio showcasing previous work in livestream and photo shoot styling; either agency/media experience or in-house/brand experience works

       Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to apply this knowledge creatively for a Ralph Lauren style.

       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

       Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and the ability to work under pressure.

       Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.

       Proficiency in using styling tools and software is a plus.
