Position Overview

Manage all aspects of the N.A. Wholesale showrooms at 601 West 26th Street.  Create and maintain the cross-FOB annual calendar with seasonal market dates to guide showroom scheduling, sample management and customer experience including reception, catering and daily maintenance.  Directly oversee three (3) showroom coordinators responsible for Men’s, Women’s and Kid’s apparel, footwear & accessories sample management, showroom setup and breakdown, as well as a one (1) receptionist for seamless customer experience.  In partnership with Heads of Sales, map out new processes and internal protocols to insure the floor is organized and customer facing at all times.  Partner with RL facilities, mailroom, key internal stakeholders and vendors to proactively plan for each season, market and event, developing creative solutions when needed.  Leverage temp services during peak periods for sample management, movement, recovery, etc. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain cross-FOB annual calendar in conjunction with Heads of Sales
  • Oversee individual showroom schedules and events during and outside of markets including internal walk-throughs, customer appointment and management overviews
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sample/showroom coordinators and receptionist to deliver a premium experience for our internal and external customers
  • Maintain organized showrooms, conference rooms, common areas, catering activities, daily maintenance and sample storage areas
  • Along with RL facilities & mailroom, align on standard operating procedures for sample delivery flow, outside vendor access, supplies, equipment and maintenance 
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders including Group Managing Director, Heads of Sales and Executive Assistants to coordinate all programming and planning
