Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain cross-FOB annual calendar in conjunction with Heads of Sales
- Oversee individual showroom schedules and events during and outside of markets including internal walk-throughs, customer appointment and management overviews
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sample/showroom coordinators and receptionist to deliver a premium experience for our internal and external customers
- Maintain organized showrooms, conference rooms, common areas, catering activities, daily maintenance and sample storage areas
- Along with RL facilities & mailroom, align on standard operating procedures for sample delivery flow, outside vendor access, supplies, equipment and maintenance
- Partner with key internal stakeholders including Group Managing Director, Heads of Sales and Executive Assistants to coordinate all programming and planning
