Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support Regional TNT Manager for Playbook implementation.
    • Collection of suppliers value chain mapping, organizing the workflows and ensuring consistency in data quality
    • Collect chain of custody (CoC) documentation to strengthen traceability workflows across selected purchase orders. Engage with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
  • Provide regular reporting and status update to Regional Sourcing about the status of value chain mapping, COC documentation turn-around time, missing or new value chain actors that Regional Sourcing team needs to take an action.
  • Work closely with Accessories & Footwear CAM teams to support and optimize Raw Material Suppliers onboarding in our Vendor Management System (VMS). Provide VMS continuous updating to ensure suppliers compliance with brand standards and represent their value chain as accurately as possible within the system
  • Be a key partner in new Suppliers engagement on cross-functional activities 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

§  Degree or equivalents in Management, Engineering or Supply Chain

§  Excellent communication skills to manage different levels of reporting, internal collaborations and Supplier management.

§  Analytical thinking to identify the risk and opportunities

§  Footwear & Accessories industry knowledge (Apparel knowledge is considered a plus)

§  Fluent in Italian and English

§  Open minded and adaptability to the changes

§  Microsoft office skills with MS Office applications

§  Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
