THE ROLE
As Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of our store operations, leading a dynamic team while optimizing inventory management and driving commercial success. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise to deliver an exceptional Ralph Lauren experience.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Essential Qualities:
• Proven track record in retail management with significant people leadership
• Expert understanding of high-volume retail operations and inventory management
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive business results
• Agile leadership style with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• luxury or premium retail environment preferred but not essential
• Outstanding communication and team development skills
