Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Manager - Inventory to support  the design and implementation of demand & supply related business processes in our SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will focus on optimizing cross-channel fulfillment in an omni-channel shared inventory environment by aligning business requirements with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize cross-channel fulfillment processes, including:
    • Demand/supply alignment and exception handling
    • Delivery and revenue forecasting
    • Inventory allocation across wholesale (WHS) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels
    • Cross-dock operations
    • Omni-channel inventory visibility and availability
  • Represent business needs in transformation initiatives, ensuring clear articulation and prioritization of requirements
  • Partner with IT, supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to enable seamless end-to-end process integration
  • Support business-led testing, training, and change management activities
  • Track post-implementation performance and lead continuous improvement efforts

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

 

  • Experience in supply chain, inventory management, order fulfillment, or commercial operations
  • Good understanding of omni-channel business models and shared inventory strategies
  • Experience in demand/supply planning, inventory allocation, and customer fulfillment processes
  • Ability to participate in cross-functional workshops and align diverse stakeholders around common goals
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in or with transformation programs or large-scale system implementations
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industries
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an asset
