Position Overview

As Ralph’s Coffee Lead, APAC, you will serve as the regional brand leader, responsible for ensuring consistent brand execution, operational excellence, driving financial performance and successful new store openings across APAC. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can inspire teams, uphold global standards, and adapt to local market dynamics—all while delivering a premium guest experience that reflects the Ralph Lauren lifestyle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Standard Consistency
• Ensure all APAC locations adhere to global brand standards across visual, service, product, packaging, and uniforms.
• Conduct regular brand audits and lead training initiatives to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Collaborate with global brand and design teams to adapt standards for regional relevance while maintaining brand integrity.

Regional Operational Excellence
• Partner with local retail and hospitality teams to drive performance and elevate guest experience.
• Monitor key metrics (sales, ATV, NPS, SOP compliance) and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Identify operational best practices and scale them across markets.

New Store Openings (NSO)
• Lead the planning and execution of new store openings across APAC, ensuring timely, on-brand launches.
• Manage cross-functional coordination across design, construction, training, and marketing.
• Develop and maintain NSO playbooks tailored to regional needs and formats.

Leadership & Team Development
• Provide clear vision, direction, and support to regional teams and cross-functional partners.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Mentor and develop talent, ensuring teams are aligned with brand values and performance expectations.
• Represent Ralph’s Coffee APAC in global forums, sharing insights and advocating for regional needs.

Strategic Brand Development
• Support regional marketing and product initiatives aligned with global strategy.
• Provide market insights and consumer feedback to inform brand evolution and innovation.
• Contribute to long-term growth planning, including new market entry and format expansion.

Travel Expectations:
This role requires regular travel across APAC markets (estimated 30–40%) to support store visits, new openings, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Occasional travel to global hubs (e.g., New York) may be required for leadership meetings and brand alignment.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, hospitality, or retail operations, ideally within premium or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven success in leading multi-market operations and new store openings.
  • Strong understanding of APAC consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
