Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Design to communicate artwork design and colors to mills
  • Responsible for managing and tracking strike-offs from mills
  • Sending comments to mills and documenting in airtable
  • Tracking WIP progress and reporting stats weekly
  • Shipping color standards and artwork to print mills
  • Receiving strike-offs/sample yardage from mills to present to design and prepare meeting agenda
  • Filing & maintaining seasonal strike-off binders
  • Responsible for maintaining print archive – keeping print area organized/clean
  • Organize and maintain XD/Airtable bases for Collection Print
  • Prepping for design meetings – assisting with putting presentations together
  • Code and approve invoices in Ariba
  • Assist with other department tasks as needed
