Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $62000 - $95931 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an ambitious and highly analytical person to join the Ralph Lauren Corporate FP&A team. The individual will work together with key finance and business partners to support reporting & analytics for the Lifestyle business. Assist with the technical execution of reporting, consolidation, and detailed data scrubbing and analytics activities for the Lifestyle business.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic financial professional with the ability to multi-task with a high degree of analytical proficiency and integrity. This position requires good foundational knowledge and experience in finance/accounting and a firm understanding of both financial and retail concepts with ability to work with wide range of business partners as their finance partner and resource.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Regional Reporting & Consolidation

· P&L Management: Generate and maintain the standard Lifestyle reporting suite for LRP/Plan, Forecast, and Period-End Close, including P&L models, KPI dashboards, and other ad-hoc reporting.

· Data Integrity: Lead the technical execution of detailed data scrubbing and analytics to ensure accuracy across all regional reports.

· Reporting Optimization: Roll forward monthly reports and identify opportunities to streamline data retrieves and Excel- based workflows.

Strategic Support & Partnerships

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Create partnerships with Lifestyle teams to collect the insights needed to add context to reports.

· Senior Leadership Deliverables: Assist in the creation of monthly and quarterly decks, demonstrating a growing ability to communicate complex data to senior stakeholders.

· Expense & T&E Oversight: Assist in developing and executing organization-wide T&E reporting, identifying meaningful variance drivers against Forecast and Plan.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting

· 1-3 years of Finance, FP&A and/or Accounting experience in a multinational or retail company preferred

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data consolidation, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint proficiency are essential.

· Professional experience with SAP and Hyperion/Essbase and Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) to support senior leadership dashboards is preferred.

· Confident in acting as a finance resource for non-finance partners (Marketing, Media teams)

· Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are required

· A naturally curious professional who is eager to learn the Ralph Lauren business model and can quickly connect small variables to larger regional strategies.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; self-motivated with the ability to follow through on complex tasks.

· Team player that is eager to chip in and assist the broader team when needed, possessing a strong work ethic
