Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Deliver personalized, world-class customer service aligned with Ralph Lauren's luxury standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through product knowledge and styling expertise.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
• Previous luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Passion for fashion and the Ralph Lauren brand.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Danish or Swedish and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
