Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the seamless execution of creative assets and messaging across platforms within your scope.Partner with the Web Operations team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Project Management, Content Marketing, and Stores teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.
- Oversee SEO-related updates, ensuring accurate meta titles, descriptions, and content optimization.
- Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Present weekly updates during production meetings to provide visibility into project status and upcoming creative launches. Work closely with Project Management, Content Marketing, and Design teams to align content implementation and delivery.
- Coordinate with Store teams to maintain accurate store hours and related information.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders to streamline daily operations. Continuously seek and implement improvements to optimize operations.
- Update and maintain team documentation as new features, tools, and functionalities become available.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- 1–2 years of experience in digital operations, web/app content management, or e-commerce, preferably within a global retail or luxury brand environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.Proficient in web operations and project management tools, including JIRA, Airtable, and Monday.com, with working knowledge of HTML, XML, and CSS
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to clearly convey status and issues to cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive solutions.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Self-motivated and proactive, adept at managing multiple priorities and high-volume workloads.
- Works independently with minimal supervision while bringing creativity and a focus on process and system improvements.
- Flexible with work hours, especially during peak holidays and special launch periods.Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
