Position Overview

The analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end global contract lifecycle process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. This role involves analyzing global contract data, monitoring performance, reviewing contract timelines throughout the contract creation, execution, and renewal phases.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Contract Life-cycle Management
o Manage end-to-end global contract processes – from creation, negotiation, and approval to execution
o Analyze contract terms, obligations, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities
o Ensure compliance and risk mitigation by adhering to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
o Track obligations and key milestones to ensure timely deliverables and renewals
o Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and performance analysis
o Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance teams to streamline workflows and improve contract efficiency
o Identify gaps and recommend improvements in contract management processes and systems
o Follow up on pending approvals, renewals, and compliance requirement
o Support automation initiatives and maintain contract management tools for efficiency

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Required Skills:
o Manage end-to-end global contract processes – from creation, negotiation, and approval to execution
o Knowledge and expertise in working on any Contract Management Tool
o Expertise in Ariba for procurement, sourcing, supplier management, end-to-end workflows
o Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices, ability to drive process improvements
o Analytical and process-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, strategic thinking
o Excellent communication, stakeholder management, with proven ability to influence and facilitate collaboration
o Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines and adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
o Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
Experience/ Education:
o Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
o Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or a related field preferred
o 6+ years of experience in contract management life cycle
o ERP knowledge is a must, SAP
o Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
o Advanced written and oral communications skills required
