Position Overview


The Senior Print Designer, Collection will report into the Head of Print Design & Development. This is a key role responsible for executing print research, development, and design at the highest caliber for Women’s Collection. Employees must have strong creative skills, technical expertise, and the ability to create prints that align with both contemporary and luxury fashion sectors while maintaining the aesthetic and integrity of the Ralph Lauren Brands. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Create and develop original prints through comprehensive research of RL archives and historical references. 
· Execute seasonal print concepts that align with brand evolution and luxury market positioning.
· Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform print development.  
· Participate in all design meetings and assist with presentations as needed.
· Ensure timely calendar adherence for deliverables and be solutions oriented to problem solve any calendar or delivery obstacles to prioritize business deliverables.
· Proactively ideate future print design concepts for consideration of advanced development for product lead engagement.
· Promote collaboration within cross-functional teams & build strong relationships with extended teams – Technical Design, Fabric, PD, Production, Merchandising, Graphics, Trim, Concept teams, PR, Copywriters, & category design teams
· Maintain organized documentation of print archives and seasonal records 
· Assistant in sketching designs, CADS and building comprehensive full scale specs/mock ups.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Advanced sketching, illustration, and 3D Design/CAD capabilities
· Proficient in Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
        Demonstrated proficiency in AI Design, ability to coach team
        Passion and eye for elevated design
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
· Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work well in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent knowledge of the Luxury market, materials, and construction
· Passion and understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand aesthetic
