Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and in-store activations aligned with global/regional strategies

  • Plan and manage end-to-end event execution including brand events, pop-ups, in-store activations and seasonal campaigns

  • Coordinate with landlords for mall promotions, marketing opportunities and store presence optimization

  • Support development of customer engagement strategies and execute DTC communications

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for store marketing collateral

  • Execute marketing partnerships and collaborations for targeted customer acquisition

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field

  • 5 years of experience in retail marketing or events

  • Experience in luxury/fashion retail preferred

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset

  • Ability to maintain flexible working schedule to support retail business needs and events

  • Experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Marketing Manager
