Position Overview
Provide administrative and organizational support to a sales team by processing orders, managing invoices, maintaining customer records, and ensuring efficient delivery of the products.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Receive, process, and verify sales orders, ensuring accuracy in customer information.
- Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing after-sales support (i.e. returns, delivery issues, claims).
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, ensuring data is accurate and accessible.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile and monitor performance metrics to provide insights to the sales team.
- Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely product fulfillment.
- Internal Coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Organizational & Time Management: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Technical knowledge: EXCEL, SAP.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical for managing sensitive customer and sales data.
- Languages: English
