Position Overview
As the Retail Brand Image Manager, you are the driving force behind the visual identity and brand experience in every store across your market. This dynamic role blends creativity with strategic execution, ensuring that our brand comes alive for customers at every touchpoint. You will champion the brand’s aesthetic standards—leading the development, implementation, and flawless execution of product strategies that set the benchmark for excellence. Acting as a critical connector between the field and the home office, you’ll partner closely with district leaders, store teams, and creative partners to guarantee that our brand story is showcased with impact. Your role will influence everything from product presentation and store layouts to the mentorship of brand image talent and the cultivation of a unified, inspiring brand culture. Your role will not only shape the store environment, but also elevate the customer experience, instilling pride and consistency across the district. Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- 5+ years of merchandising and creative experience or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills and managing at many levels Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across personalities and adapt to varied feedback.
- Strong understanding of retail environments
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong understanding of retail operations, product presentation, and customer experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence across levels.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills.
- Passion for brand storytelling, retail innovation, and team development.
