Pay Range: The pay range for this job  is $20.6 - $42.85 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location. We will meet minimum wage and/or any other applicable legal pay requirements based on city, county, and state requirements.

Position Overview

The position supports the Director of Product Management for Woven Shirts and Headwear by driving the execution of the product lifecycle from

development through production. This role ensures that all key milestones are met by actively tracking, managing, and coordinating development

workflows, vendor communication, and production timelines. Operating at the intersection of Product Management, Design, Merchandising, and

global sourcing partners, the role maintains visibility across all stages of the process to support on-time delivery, product accuracy, and successful

commercialization of each season’s assortment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison with the Hong Kong office, India office, and global vendor partners, ensuring clear and

timely communication throughout the development and production process.


Track, follow up, and manage quoted delivery timelines to support on-time execution for samples and production.


Review and scrub costing, challenging vendors as needed to secure the best possible FOB costs and meet target

margin requirements.


Partner closely with Design and Merchandising to drive approvals and ensure timely delivery of fabrics, trims,

samples, and bulk materials.


Create, update, and maintain Material ID numbers and comprehensive Tech Packs within the PLM system.


Manage and maintain product development status and key milestones within Airtable.


Monitor all status updates from the Hong Kong office and factory partners to ensure alignment with approval deadlines

and production calendars.


Organize and maintain trim and wash submissions, ensuring all materials are properly filed within designated binders

and digital archives.


Ensure all incoming and outgoing submits, samples, and packages are accurately organized, tagged, recorded, and

tracked.

Participate in fittings and milestone meetings, capturing changes and updating Tech Packs accordingly to reflect the latest development direction. Coordinate all package shipments, utilizing appropriate courier services and maintaining clear, accurate tracking records.




Experience, Skills & Knowledge

· Required to work on-site in our Katonah, NY office 4 days per week.

- Previous experience in a Product Development or Production role within the apparel or accessories industry.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

· Proficiency in PLM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as familiarity with Airtable, SAP, and GFE+.
